Egypt-Based iVoiceUp Secures Investment from A15 to Scale AI-Driven Ethics Platform Across MENA

Cairo, EgyptiVoiceUp, an Egypt-based AI-powered ethics and whistleblowing case management platform, has closed an investment round led by regional venture capital firm A15. The funding will be used to accelerate the company’s expansion across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, while enhancing its product capabilities.

Founded in 2019 by Ahmed Genedy, iVoiceUp provides organisations with a comprehensive ethics and compliance case management platform designed to detect, manage, and analyse misconduct before it escalates. The platform addresses a wide range of violations, including financial crimes such as fraud, embezzlement, and corruption, as well as workplace issues like harassment and discrimination.

Positioned as the region’s first and fastest-growing AI-powered whistleblowing and ethics platform, iVoiceUp enables senior management and boards to gain real-time visibility into compliance risks, particularly for organisations with distributed or remote operations. The platform is also increasingly being adopted by private equity firms and family offices to monitor governance and compliance risks across their portfolio companies.

iVoiceUp currently supports more than one million users across leading blue-chip organisations in the region, bridging the gap between organisations and key stakeholders, including employees and suppliers. Designed to be accessible for both white-collar and blue-collar workforces, the platform offers a secure and truly anonymous channel for reporting concerns without fear of retaliation.

Key features include AI-driven case handling and sentiment analysis, voice pitch changing for enhanced anonymity, seamless two-way anonymous communication, and an AI investigator bot that helps compliance teams convert reports into actionable insights.

Karim Beshara, Managing Partner at A15, said the firm was drawn to iVoiceUp’s mission-driven approach. “A15 is known for investing in founders who use technology not just to grow markets but to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. iVoiceUp embodies that vision, where ethics, empathy, and innovation meet. They are not only transforming compliance but empowering people to speak up without fear,” he said.

The newly raised capital will support deeper market penetration across the MENA region and the rollout of advanced capabilities. Among these is Anonymous Video Interviewing, an industry-first feature in the region that uses AI avatars to mirror real-time facial expressions, enabling face-to-face investigative interactions without revealing the true identity of the speaker.

Commenting on the funding, Ahmed Genedy, Co-founder and Managing Director of iVoiceUp, said, “This investment marks a pivotal step for iVoiceUp. We are building a future where every voice matters and every organisation listens. With A15’s support, we are poised to scale our impact, ensuring that ethics and transparency become the backbone of modern organisations across the region.”
